Its core offer is fractional marketing: dedicated marketing leadership and delivery in clear packages of 16 to 32 hours a month, for ambitious small and medium businesses. The team is fully remote, the business is self-funded, and it publishes its pricing and a transparency pledge on its website.

The title rests on a clear way of working, with results to match. Magenta MAD covers strategy, positioning, website design, SEO, copywriting and social media, and has grown through results instead of heavy outbound sales. Its flexible, remote culture is built to feel safe and welcoming for staff, clients and suppliers.

The proof came from Lawspeed, a specialist recruitment law firm founded in 1997. Over 12 months Magenta MAD repositioned the brand, fixed the website, rewrote the copy and ran an organic content programme across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, with keyword landing pages, blogs, lead magnets and two in-person seminars. There was no advertising budget. Active website users more than doubled, search visibility climbed strongly and website form fills more than tripled. Lawspeed is now looking to hire an additional recruitment lawyer to handle the new business.
