Belfast boutique agency Done Different Media is Independent Agency Of The Year at the British Agency Award 2026, with its social media partnership with Dr Cormac Lynch Medical Aesthetics showing what a close, founder-led team can do.

Done Different Media is a boutique creative and digital marketing agency based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, founded by Pádraig Fitzsimons. It specialises in social media strategy and management, short-form video, content creation and paid social, with particular expertise in medical aesthetics, healthcare and beauty. Staying boutique is deliberate. The founder remains directly involved in strategy, shoots and client relationships, supported by a growing network of editors and designers.

The agency's independence shows in how closely it works with clients. Since January 2025 it has partnered with Dr Cormac Lynch Medical Aesthetics, a doctor-led brand with clinics in Belfast and Dublin. Facebook and Instagram content, led by short-form video and backed by monthly email campaigns, presents Dr Cormac Lynch as an authoritative and relatable voice. The content has generated millions of views across Instagram and Facebook, and his Instagram audience has roughly doubled.

Done Different Media also builds things of its own. In 2026 it launched Momentum Unlocked, a business and marketing event in Belfast on the theme From Stuck to Unstoppable, supported by headline sponsor HighLevel.
