Birmingham exhibition company Eventa has won B2B Agency Of The Year at the British Agency Award 2026, recognised for an immersive, sustainable exhibition stand for Hill & Smith Infrastructure that opened on time against the odds.

Eventa is an exhibition company based in Birmingham that designs and builds custom exhibition stands, showrooms and bespoke installations. Its team brings creative design, project management, 3D visualisation, digital experiences, production, logistics and on-site delivery together as one unit, so the people who develop an idea also know how to build it. Eventa delivers projects globally and aims to act as an extension of each client's team, not just a supplier.

The evidence for the title is Eventa's work for Hill & Smith Infrastructure, a specialist in infrastructure and security solutions for transport, public spaces and critical environments. Instead of a conventional product display, Eventa built an exhibition stand where visitors used interactive touchscreens to explore four CGI environments: Airport, Data Centre, City Centre and Festival. Each showed the products in the settings where they are used, supported by 360° product views, animations and physical models.

Sustainability shaped the design. Eventa used reusable modular framing, repurposed counters and recycled-fabric graphics, and turned an existing wooden partition into an overhead canopy. When a third-party issue meant the finished stand had to be relocated shortly before opening, the team dismantled, moved and rebuilt it within hours. The stand opened on time, and Hill & Smith has since awarded Eventa repeat business twice.
