R.R Marketing - Brand Strategy
Winner 2026 - British Agency Award | Brand Strategy
R.R Marketing has won Brand Strategy at the British Agency Award 2026 for giving Anderman & Company, a 75-year-old industrial business in the UK and France, its first shared mission, vision, values and one unified identity.
R.R Marketing is a founder-led B2B marketing consultancy and fractional CMO practice based in Chobham, Surrey. Founder Ralph Risk is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with 30 years of B2B marketing experience. He gives growing businesses senior marketing leadership without the cost of a full-time marketing director. Every engagement starts with the foundations: what the business wants to achieve, who it needs to reach and what it stands for.
Anderman & Company is an industrial business established in 1947. It works across the UK and France through two divisions, Anderman Ceramics and Anderman Power. Online, the group traded as Earth Water Fire, a name disconnected from the one customers already knew and trusted. It had no shared mission, vision or values.
R.R Marketing began with a full-day workshop for leaders from both countries. Despite different perspectives and some early scepticism, the group agreed the company's first mission, vision and values. Anderman became the unifying identity, with the two divisions kept as clear parts of it. Those foundations then guided one website in English and French, the messaging, the content programme and the role of Anderman's first internal marketing resource. The board has endorsed the strategy and values.

The Jury, British Agency Award 2026
“What stood out was how much Ralph actually listened, rather than coming in with a template and asking us to fit into it. He took the time to understand our business, across both the UK and France, and brought everyone together in a way that meant the values we landed on genuinely felt like ours.”
Harvey Bradnam, Executive Director, Anderman & Company
